Diverse Events Happening in Living the Arts in the Libraries at WMU

Jazz ensemble with student poetry, Lunchtime Open Mic for your poetry, coloring pages for a study break, international student poetry exhibit can all be enjoyed April 1 at Waldo Library. University Libraries celebration of National Poetry Month has a wide array of events in the libraries and was expanded this year to include more of the arts through March and April. All are open to the public. The Jazz ensemble at 3 pm, April 1 is in the third floor Meader Room, Waldo, consists of the Luscombe Collaboration Ensemble with student poets. Refreshments.

Recent events include 3 great a cappella melodies from the Collegiate Singers in the Upjohn Rotunda of Waldo, Japanese Poetry Games, and Tales Told in Beowulf lecture with Rare Book Room Beowulf  collection exhibit all in collaboration with WMU groups.
