Seeking Feedback on WMU Libraries

Your feedback on WMU Libraries is important, plus there are prizes.

Take the survey March 14 through April 10

All students, faculty, and staff at Western Michigan University are encouraged to participate in an important online survey, called LibQUAL+, being conducted this month by the University Libraries. LibQUAL+, conducted only once every three years, is used to solicit feedback on users opinions of library service quality. This electronic survey is implemented by academic libraries nationwide and comparative data allow libraries to benchmark services to faculty and students.

Those who complete the survey, which takes about 10 minutes, have the option of entering a random drawing for one of four Visa gift cards.

"I encourage students, faculty, and staff to share their opinions with the libraries to help us better understand what needs improvement and how to better meet their expectations,” says Julie Garrison, dean of University Libraries
