Living the Arts in the Libraries

A series of events over 4 weeks celebrate the arts of all types at WMU Libraries. University Libraries aspires to cultivate cultural awareness through engagement with the arts and humanities, enrich the library experience and promote the interdisciplinary opportunities available on campus and through the Libraries collections.

Living the Arts in the Libraries include a woodwind quintet, Spanish poetry readings, dancers in Waldo, trios/quintets, Beowulf lecture, poetry games, choirs in the atrium, the Secret Life of Paper, student poetry posters, robot poetry, Japanese open mic event and more. in the area by the popular reading.

March 21 - April 17 includes celebrating national poetry month in April. This is an expansion of last years poetry events in the libraries. #livingartsWMU
